Who We Are
Welcome to JNR Farm & Ranch.
The Ranch was established in 1962 in West Texas by James and Ruth Newbury. Michele is James and Ruth's oldest Granddaughter and current owner of the property.
JNR is a working Farm & Ranch and is home to an animal rescue called Home Run Rescue.

Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started our work in 2020, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Home Run Rescue. We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.
Ways We Help
Furthering our cause is the most important goal of our organization. We seek to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome abandoned and surrendered animals of the Hawley community.
Education
Our Education program offers a much-desired platform for the children who have a passion for the farm and ranch lifestyle. Become a part of a brighter future and join our efforts today.
We have monthly events with educational camps.
Volunteering
The Volunteering program is our longest running initiative. At JNR Farm & Ranch, Volunteering is a source of great pride for our Non-Profit Organization.
